SHIPPING INFORMATION

We package and ship all orders carefully to make sure that your order gets to you securely. All cards are secured in bubble wrap. Shipping is available within the United States.

Orders are available for pick up in our shops (usually same day).

Most orders will ship within 1 business day. Depending on the location of the items in your order, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.

You have the option to purchase shipping insurance at checkout to protect your order. See below for more information on shipping insurance.

Free standard shipping to the contiguous U.S. for all orders over $199.

$5.95 flat rate standard shipping to the contiguous U.S. for all orders under $199 (typically 3-8 business days, depending on location).

Option available to purchase USPS Priority shipping for faster delivery (typically 2-3 business days depending on location, though not guaranteed).

Tracking information will be sent once your order has been shipped.

Roadshow Cards is proud to partner with ShipTection, a leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting ShipTection at checkout, you ensure peace of mind knowing that if your item is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit you will receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use ShipTection at checkout. The fee is roughly 1.5% of your total order.

Shipping insurance on all breaks covers the value paid for the product, not the value of the contents of the break.

The Insurance through ShipTection is the only avenue you may take to receive a refund on purchases that have been lost, damaged or stolen.

Roadshow Cards has no financial obligation in refunding items that have been lost, damaged or stolen. This is why we offer the insurance for you. You may not file a claim with PayPal or your credit card company for lost, damaged or stolen items. ShipTection pays claims very quickly and that is one of the reasons why they were chosen as the insurance provider.
